Registered Nutritional Therapist

After four years’ extensive training, Natasha qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2017 from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition. She is a member of BANT and the CNHC.

 

Natasha started her practice working one-on-one with clients to help address their health concerns through diet. After two years she begun working with companies providing practical group nutrition sessions to employees alongside her clinical practice. 

 

Natasha has a particular interest in immune function and the role of inflammation in the body. She has experience working with gut issues, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar balance and stress management and sports nutrition - particularly musculoskeletal health and supporting recovery and rehabilitation. She is a Pilates enthusiast and firmly believes posture and the movement of the body are inextricably linked to overall health and wellbeing.
