Mobility and Flexibility
After a day of sitting down many of your muscles will become stiff and tight. The fascia that encases the muscles will also become less pliable with this lack of movement. This stretch routine targets the muscles, lengthening them back to a more comfortable and balanced position. Once you have completed the routine a number of times feel free to reduce it to 1 set of each stretch if time is an issue. Approx. 12 minutes
Seated Posture Restore
A short video for those who work long hours to encourage better posture while seated. This will help anyone who feels themselves shrinking throughout the day and for those suffering with back and/or neck issues. Fight back against gravity and lazy muscles. Chair required. Approx. 3 minutes.
